Set to lively music, the class includes a variety of exercises that focus on improving strength, flexibility, and range of motion, making everyday activities easier and more enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
