LOCKER ROOMS

Day-use lockers are available to all Villa Sport Fitness members free of charge. If you wish to rent a private locker, we will be happy to accommodate you.

PRIVATE LOCKERS

Private lockers are available in the women’s and men’s locker rooms. Private lockers feature a programmable combination lock to help keep your personal belongings secure.

Express lockers are also available for rent on the 2^nd floor of the club.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By checking the terms below, you agree you understand this Agreement and accept all of its terms.

*The initial rental term is 6 months. Upon expiration of the initial 6 month term, this Agreement shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by the Member. The rental fee shall be included on the Member’s monthly statement and payable in the same manner as all other club charges incurred. If the Member terminates his/her membership during the first 14 days of membership and is eligible for a refund of enrollment fees and monthly dues, then locker rental fees will also be refunded. After the first 14 days of membership, the Member shall remain liable to pay the monthly rental fee under this Agreement until it is terminated.

If the Member terminates his/her membership during the first 14 days of membership and is eligible for a refund of enrollment fees and monthly dues, then locker rental fees will also be refunded. After the first 14 days of membership, the Member shall remain liable to pay the monthly rental fee under this Agreement until it is terminated.

*VillaSport reserves the right, in its sole discretion and upon reasonable notice to the Member, to modify or terminate this Agreement at any time. After the initial 6 month term, the Member may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice using a Membership Change Form submitted to Member Services. If notice is received on or before the 15th of the month, the effective date of termination shall be the end of the current month. If notice is received after the 15th of the month, the effective date of termination shall be the end of the following month. The member will not be provided a credit for an unused portion of a rental period.

Villa Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion and upon reasonable notice to the Member, to modify or terminate this Agreement at any time. After the initial 6-month term, the Member may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice using a Membership Change Form submitted to Member Services. If notice is received on or before the 15th of the month, the effective date of termination shall be the end of the current month. If notice is received after the 15th of the month, the effective date of termination shall be the end of the following month. The member will not be provided a credit for an unused portion of a rental period.

*If the Member is approved for a Leave of Absense (“LOA”) and if the initial 6 month term is fulfilled, the Member may terminate the Agreement and relinquish the rental locker or elect to continue to pay the locker rental fee to ensure that the same locker is available upon the Members return to active status. If the LOA is to occur during the initial 6 month term, the monthly rental locker fee will continue to be billed as defined in the Agreement and the rental locker will be available to the member upon return to active member status. If the member elects to relinquish the rental locker during a LOA, the member will not be provided a credit for the unused portion of the LOA start month.

*Valuables should not be stored in reserved lockers. VillaSport shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property arising out of the use of any locker.
